Òganik is the Haitian Creole word for "organic" — and that's exactly what we are. The brand was born from a decade of living in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where our founder ran a juice bar rooted in fresh, whole, unprocessed ingredients. The name is a promise: real food, made clean, with nothing you can't pronounce.

Yes — every Òganik product is made with organically grown and sourced ingredients, free of artificial preservatives, colors, and refined additives. Like many small-batch producers, we haven't yet pursued formal USDA certification, which is a costly administrative process rather than a measure of quality. Our sourcing standards meet or exceed organic practices, and we're always happy to answer questions about where our ingredients come from.

Our coconut nectar is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Raw honey is a bee-made product, so it is not vegan; our other products are plant-based. Our products are made in a facility that also processes dairy and nuts, so we're unable to guarantee they're free from trace amounts. Always check the individual product page for the full ingredient list, and consult your physician if you have severe allergies.

For everyday maintenance, take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily. For intensive use, take 1 tablespoon up to 3x daily. Shake well before use. Ours contains only four ingredients: elderberry, filtered water, raw honey, and lemon.

No. Raw honey should never be given to children under 12 months of age, because of the risk of infant botulism. This applies both to our Raw Honey and to our Elderberry Extract, which is made with raw honey.

Store energy bites refrigerated for maximum freshness — they'll keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Raw honey keeps in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Coconut nectar is best stored between 50–60°F and should never be stored above 80°F. Elderberry Extract should be refrigerated after opening and lasts up to 6 months once opened.

Yes! Crystallization is a natural sign of pure, unrefined product — both raw honey and coconut nectar do this over time. To return either to liquid form, place the bottle in warm (not boiling) water. Never microwave, as high heat destroys the natural enzymes.

Our energy bites are shipped with care to arrive fresh. During warmer months, we recommend refrigerating them promptly upon arrival. Shelf-stable items like honey, coconut nectar, and elderberry extract travel without issue.
