We ship within the United States via USPS.

• Free shipping on orders over $49.
• Flat rate of $5.95 on orders under $49.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Perishable items

Our energy bites are shipped with care to arrive fresh. During warmer months, we recommend refrigerating them promptly upon arrival. Shelf-stable items like honey, coconut nectar, and elderberry extract travel without issue.

Changes and cancellations

Email us at hello@oganiklife.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before it ships.

Returns

Because our products are consumable, we can't accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@oganiklife.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
